Ongoing appointments consist of a tailor made intervention plan to assist and support you to achieve your goals. These appointments, and the therapy method utilised, may remain fixed or fluid depending on your needs.
This appointment is an important final step. The previous appointments are re-capped, and a plan is discussed for ongoing support options, as well as relapse prevention planning.
