Aaron Druett


Aaron utilizes elements of the following to form a fluid intervention plan that caters for the individual; so you can rest-assured that the best support is being provided.

  • Schema Therapy, Psychotherapy
  • Motivational Interviewing
  • Strength Based goal setting

Being proficient in administering the industry-standard cognitive assessments including the WISC-V and WAIS-IV, he can also offer cognitive testing.

Aaron is passionate about supporting people to reach their potential and is a firm believer that it is never too late to make a change for the better.

Previous Experience

Aaron has a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours), is a registered Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). He is also an approved provider of services for NDIS participants through the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA). Having been living in Bundaberg for over 10 years he is proud to be offering Bundaberg based Psychology services.

As a registered psychologist Aaron has experience with both adults, adolescents and children. This experience has been obtained through positions at Child and Youth Mental Health Service (CYMHS) Bundaberg Base Hospital, at a not-for-profit organisation providing an adult Mental Health Rehabilitation Service, and as a Mental Health Team Leader with a local private firm. As the Mental Health Team Leader Aaron has delivered short term psychological interventions targeting drug and alcohol misuse and addiction; This work was completed for the Queensland Correctional Service through both the Maryborough Correctional Facility, and Probation and Parole in Bundaberg. 

    Rhonda Druett


    Rhonda is a registered Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Rhonda has a Bachelor of Psychology with Honours and a Master of Counselling and Psychotherapy.

    Rhonda has worked for several years, both as a case manager, in leadership roles and as a Psychologist assisting members of the Bundaberg region. Work history involves a crisis centre, foster care agency and full time as a Psychologist delivering Psychological interventions.

    Rhonda enjoys working across the lifespan. An interest of hers is developing life skills/coping skills with children and adolescents with an aim at providing early intervention strategies. 



    Practice Manager

    Gayle is our highly efficient, friendly and helpful Practice Manager. Gayle brings with her a wealth of experience ranging across multiple work environments that have provided her, and now Equinox Psychology clients with the skills and expertise that will enhance the experience with our organisation.

    Equinox Psychology continues to benefit from the knowledge, skill sets and enthusiasm that Michelle has for her work. Michelle is currently completing a Diploma in Counselling and is registered with the Australian Counselling Association (ACA). Michelle offers a soft, approachable style of counselling that combines with multiple life experiences that relates across multiple age spans and backgrounds. Michelle has over a decade of experience working in case management with a local crisis service. Michelle has multiple Certificates and Diplomas including, but not limited to; Youth Work, Community Service Work, Training and Assessment, and Protective Intervention for Family and Child protection. Michelle has maintained regular professional development and has recently completed  courses in fundamentals of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) through the Beck Institute (NB: Beck is the creator of CBT), and aged care counselling. 

    Michelle has a warm personality and a person-centred approach and is keen to support members of our Bundaberg community.



    Administration Support

    Equinox would like to welcome Stacie to our team. Stacie joins our Practice Manager Gayle in providing a high level of administrative supports.
